根据艾宾浩斯的遗忘规律，遗忘并不是随着时间的推移以同样的比例进行的，而是先多后少，先快后慢，所以在考研英语的复习中，我们必须对已学过的单词进行及时的巩固，不断强化记忆，怎样才能通过阅读理解来强化记忆单词，希望帮助考生的词汇积累达到一个新的高度。
同学们应该知道，对于重点单词要对其进一步扩展，包括其相应的名词、形容词、副词、近义词和反义词以及短语等;对于词形相近或词意相近的单词或短语，要在比较中进行深化记忆。所以我们应该把单词放在阅读中去理解与应用——一方面强化自己忘记的单词;一方面，注意，熟词生义和一词多意的学习。如基础词act，我们可以这样学习：v.①行动，做事;②(on)起作用;③表演;④(for)代表，代替;n.①行为，动作;②(一)幕;③法令，条例
