In order for parents to make sure their children need healthy life I feel like the most important thing that they need to do is to talk to their children. Children need to be talked to, they need to be taught on how to be clean, on how to live a safe and a healthy life. Children need to be given talks on sex education and on different hygiene ( keeping yourself and things clean in order to prevent diseases ) topics. So I feel like the most important way for parents to do this with their children is to just sit down and talk to their children about life and about being safe and about being healthy.
